Sorry for not posting a random album review yesterday/You're welcome for not badgering you with words about albums we already know are good, I have school like almost every other North American kid. Just listen to "Siberian Breaks" by MGMT and describe it in the thread. I'll comment and stuff.

Slightly derivative (not super original, though it's quite decent). It's a little too much 70s for my taste, though I like some of MGMT's other stuff.
I am not a fan of the "fingers sliding on the guitar strings" sound unless it's a live performance. It sounds like lazy playing.

I see. It's quite a tribute to the lengthy prog songs that Pink Floyd made around that time, I like it for that. MGMT overall is a pretty awesome band.
I see what you mean. Sometimes it sounds real lazy, but there are some songs that use it as an effect pretty well.
